Comment by gess May 21, 2008 @ 12:46 pmI don’t know most of the people on the list, only Glen Ford.
Interesting.
I too would like to see those pictures Aboo Talhaa.
Gess, can you tell what you believe or think is ‘black power’ - I know there are different versions of it out there.
Comment by Dunia's Stranger May 24, 2008 @ 8:40 amI like your question, Dunia.
And let me get back to you soon
Comment by gess May 24, 2008 @ 11:42 amI don’t know how much time I have to come up my definition of ‘black power’.
First, if you think it applies the same methods as ‘white power’ with its pseudo-crack-history-racial-elves tales-theories, then I am sorry Dunia, you are at the wrong blog
For me, “Black Power” (I never ever used this terminology before. Where did you get the impression that I am a ‘black power’ believer, Dunia?) to reclaim, whether people like or not, our history and independence - freedom. Of course, this means alot to Europeans (Whites) than Black People; if not a suicide for all what “Western Civilization” stands for, and not to mention their effort to find the gene (racial biology) that codes Black/White People.
If you need more clarifications, please let me know, because I am out of time
